  • Account TIV must be greater than USD 50 Million but not to exceed USD 1 Billion.
  • All Risks including Earthquake, Flood and Named Windstorm.
  • Can accept Company Forms, ISO Forms and Limited Manuscript.

All forms must have appropriate Lancashire endorsements only.

Capacity

  • Up to USD 10 Million for predominantly Non CAT risks.
  • Critical CAT Capacity up to USD 2.5 Million.
  • Up to USD 2.5 Million in Tier One Named Storm.
  • Up to USD 1 Million in California Earthquake.
  • Up to USD 2.5 Million in Pacific Northwest Earthquake.
  • Up to USD 2.5 Million in New Madrid Earthquake.

 

Offering

  • Shared and Layered only with a concentration on primary and buffer excess layers.
  • Business written on Non Admitted Paper only.
  • Coverage Available in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only.
  • No 100% Louisiana risks – Limited appetite for multi-state risk with Louisiana exposure.

  • Limited appetite for Severe Convective Storm in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Tennessee and Texas.
