James Flude joined Lancashire in January 2014 as Head of Energy and Marine underwriting having worked at the Watkins Syndicate for over 14 years, most recently as Energy Underwriter and Account Manager. Whilst at Watkins he spent 5 years working as the Energy Underwriter in Singapore as part of the Lloyd’s Asia platform where he had responsibility for the upstream energy portfolio in Asia. James became Chief Underwriting Officer in 2020 and Group Chief Underwriting Officer: Insurance in 2022. He was appointed CEO of Lancashire Insurance (US) in January 2025.

Huw was previously Group Head of Specialty at Lancashire. Prior to that, he spent 18 years at Catlin / XL Catlin / Axa XL, where he held the position of Global Head of Energy, including spending two years in the US. His career in the insurance industry also includes 13 years at RSA, where he managed the Energy and Marine portfolio.

Kathy joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in June 2024 as the Finance Lead, where she oversees financial controls and reporting. Before her current role, Kathy served as the Regional Accounting Manager at PCF Insurance Services. With her 34 years of financial reporting, tax compliance and insurance experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, and earned her Enrolled Agent designation with the Internal Revenue Service in 2013.

Richard is the Chief Actuary of Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC and a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society. Prior to joining Lancashire, Richard was Head of Energy Actuarial at AIG working across both pricing and reserving. He previously was Head of Energy Property and Liability Pricing at Axa XL and has worked across a wide variety of property, casualty and specialty classes.

Meredith joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in July 2025 as a Vice President on the General Casualty team. Meredith has over 8 years of market experience, writing an array of both primary and supported excess liability, focused on wholesale brokerage relationship management and strategic growth. Prior to joining Lancashire, Meredith was an AVP at Aspen Insurance and an Underwriting Specialist at Argo Group. Meredith earned her BA in Communications from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.

Chirag joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in July 2025 as Vice President on the General Casualty team. Prior to joining Lancashire, Chirag was an Executive Underwriter for Old Republic Excess & Surplus. Chirag brings over 20 years' of insurance experience having held various underwriting positions with CapSpecialty, Everest Insurance, Western World Insurance Group and Bollinger Inc. Chirag earned his Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Nicole joined Lancashire US LLC in November 2024 and is responsible for leading US Operations. Nicole has over 30 years of industry experience with building teams and focusing on operational performance. Prior to joining Lancashire, Nicole was National Operations Vice President at MSIG USA. Nicole has her MBA from Rider University.

Brian joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in June 2023 and is responsible for driving strategy and managing overall P&L for the U.S. excess and surplus lines energy casualty business. Brian has over 12 years’ of market experience managing national wholesale brokerage relationships, writing both primary and excess liability for upstream, midstream, and downstream energy sectors. Prior to joining Lancashire, Brian was Senior Underwriter at AXA XL on the North America energy casualty team, and also held underwriting roles at XL Catlin and Energi Insurance, a Massachusetts based specialty MGA. Brian earned his BA in Economics from College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.

Brianna joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in April 2024 with the Energy Casualty group where she supports the underwriter's quote and binding business. With 18 years of experience in property facultative reinsurance, her expertise also includes catastrophe risk portfolio aggregation and catastrophe risk modeling. She began her career at Wellington Underwriting Inc. in 2006 and has also worked as a senior underwriting assistant in the automatic programs unit at XL. Brianna has a BA in Organizational Communication from Central Connecticut State University.

Chris joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in September 2023 and is responsible for driving strategy and overall P&L for the US excess and surplus lines property business. Chris has over 25 years’ of market experience in the brokerage and underwriting space. Prior to joining Lancashire, Chris was Head of U.S. Property at Everest Insurance, and has also held senior property roles at AIG and as a property broker with Aon & Integro Insurance Brokers. Chris earned his BA in Political Science from Loyola University in Maryland.

Chris joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in April 2025 and is responsible for driving strategy and managing overall P&L for the US excess and surplus lines general casualty business. Chris has over 20 years’ of market experience managing national wholesale brokerage relationships, writing both primary and excess liability across multiple casualty sectors. Prior to joining Lancashire, Chris was SVP, Primary and Excess Casualty at Argo Group and also held leadership and underwriting roles at CapSpecialty. Chris earned his BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.

Chris joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC as Vice President in August 2024. Prior to joining Lancashire, Chris was Senior Regional Manager Wholesale Property and National Branch head for Lexington Insurance Company. Chris brings over 36 years of insurance experience having held various underwriting and leadership positions with Swiss Re, Ren Re Insurance Underwriters, CNA Financial, The St. Paul Travelers and Industrial Risk Insurers. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and holds a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation.

Dee joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC as a Vice President in December 2023. Prior to joining Lancashire, Dee was a Vice President, Senior Underwriter, Team Lead Production with Swiss Re. Dee brings over 40 years experience in the insurance industry having held various underwriting and leadership positions with Lexington and The Hartford. Dee received a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications from California State University at Northridge and holds an Associate in Risk Management designation.

Elaine joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in July 2024 as an Underwriting Technician within the U.S. Property Team. She is responsible for supporting the property underwriters’ policy issuance business. Elaine has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Erika joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC as a Vice President in December 2023. Prior to joining Lancashire, Erika was a Vice President and Senior Underwriter at Swiss Re. Over the course of her 20 year career, Erika has held various positions at Everest Insurance, Partner Re, GenStar, AIG and XL Re. Erika received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairfield University and holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Surplus Lines and Associate in Commercial Underwriting designations.

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Evelyn leads operational strategy and efficiency at Lancashire. Specializing in underwriting workflows and system implementation, Evelyn brings a strong background in support operations and organizational leadership. Known for her approachable leadership style, Evelyn is dedicated to fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement across teams.

Kelly joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in March 2024 and is responsible for supporting casualty underwriters’ quote and binding business. Prior to joining Lancashire, Kelly was a Risk Management Insurance Analyst for a major public transportation company. Other experience during her seven years in the industry include property and casualty sales at Liberty Mutual and excess and surplus lines underwriting at Westchester, A Chubb Company. She has a BA in Communications from Iona University in New York.

Kirk joined Lancashire Insurance US LLC as a Vice President on the Energy Casualty team in June 2025. Prior to joining Lancashire, Kirk held various underwriting and management positions at Westchester (a Chubb Company) over the course of almost 12 years. Prior to his time at Westchester, Kirk started his career on the wholesale brokerage side at both AmWINS and RT Specialty. Over the course of his 15-year career in the insurance industry, Kirk’s focus has been underwriting casualty lines with an emphasis on environmental and oil and gas business. He is based in Texas and received a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University.

Frank joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in February 2024 and will be responsible for supporting property underwriters quote and binding business. Frank has worked in the excess and surplus market for over eight years within the underwriting space. Prior to joining Lancashire, Frank was a Senior Underwriting Assistant at General Star Management Company and worked at Navigators, Inc. Frank earned his BS in Business Administration and Management from Southern Connecticut State University in Connecticut.

Jernique Morgan joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in May of 2025. She holds the position of Underwriting Technician and provides support for the U.S. Energy Casualty team. Jernique earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Presque Isle with dual concentrations in Management and Leadership, and Project Management and Information Systems.

Peggy joined Lancashire Insurance (US) LLC in July 2024 and is responsible for supporting property underwriters’ quote and binding business. Prior to joining Lancashire, Peggy was a Senior Underwriting Analyst for Swiss Re, handling excess and surplus lines property accounts. Other experience during her 48 years in the industry includes nine years at the Hartford, as a Rater and UA, handling large casualty (WC, Auto and GL) accounts and Personal Lines; 17 years at Crum & Forster as a Senior UA, handling large casualty and property accounts; and nine years at Munich Re, as a UA, handling Treaty Reinsurance, Professional Liability, and excess and surplus lines large property accounts.

Sara joined Lancashire Insurance (US) in July 2024. Prior to joining Lancashire, Sara was an Insurance Compliance Team Lead at The Baldwin Group. Other experience during her 12 years in the industry include Personal Injury Claims, Account Management and Operations.
